"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a HABIT." --- Aristotle
Engaging in physical activity is the most practical way to preserve our wellness. Maintaining physical wellness can enrich our mind and everyday living. I believe that our purpose of life is to pursuit happiness which stands on our healthy body. It is not easy for everyone to get a habit of exercising or be mindful to what we eat without motivation, encouragement, or gaining the knowledge of positive effects of exercising and having a good nutrition plan. Thanks to the reliable fitness organizations I belong to, I can implement vast trustworthy research evidence backed training protocols to my programs.
We experience some situations in life to modify a certain physical condition; weight gain/loss, improving athleticism, pregnancy, post-partum, age-related physical changes, recuperating injuries. The exercise routine is not fit-to-all model. Everyone’s lifestyle, time management are different, and musculature strength and movement patterns are varied. I believe that when our body is aligned and whole body muscle strength is in balance, our body functions optimally. I weigh on individual body movement analysis and fitness assessment, so that I can design the most efficient program for individual.
