Service Description

The Boot Camp consists of a variety of station-based exercises that use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to improve strength and endurance. After a session, you can expect time for stretching and recovery. 1 session - $35 10 session pack - $300 All packs are paid in advance. Each session can be booked separately.
