Our training philosophy is based on patience, hard work, ethics and strong conviction that everyone can achieve their fitness goals.
Sessions take place at a private studio in Chappaqua, NY or at the convenience of your home.
Yoga is a beneficial component to any fitness regimen and can improve self-confidence and overall well-being. Although the practice in class is a physical one, as with any exercise, the benefits translate beyond the mat. Yoga comes from the Sanskrit word yuj which means to bind. In our busy lives our mind is often thinking of the tasks ahead of us while our body is at work or in the car driving. This sort of disconnection disrupts our energy and can be exhausting! The practice of yoga allows our body and mind to be in the same place at the same time which you'll find incredibly relaxing and starts us down a path of true mind/body connection which improves our awareness in all aspects of life.
