Our training philosophy is based on patience, hard work, ethics and a strong conviction that every student can achieve their fitness goals. At Alex's Fitness, we understand that youth sports instills life long discipline and fitness. We know someone in just about any sport, so if you don't see your sport below, Contact Us, and we will find a trainer for you!
Sessions take place at our gym in Chappaqua, NY. Please contact us with your interest, we will group classes by age and sport.
