Hernan Alex Sanchez


Alex's Fitness Personal Training is guided by Hernan "Alex" Sanchez, a certified ISSA personal trainer, a certified ISSA nutritional consultant and a certified speed and agility coach.

With over 20 years of experience, Alex focuses on developing customized fitness and wellness programs for clients of all ages. Whether you're a parent who wants to reach a new fitness goal or you want your child to gain that extra edge in his or her sport, Alex will work to meet your fitness needs.


Meg Fukami


Meg Fukami (NSCA-CPT) has been a professional exercise trainer for over 20 years and an expert on exercises, wellness education, weight management, and fitness nutrition. Combining her vast experience on training people at all ages (starting from 4 to 97 years old), her various specialized fitness educations build her strong credentials to provide better fitness programs to all individuals to achieve their goals of wellness, fitness, and athletics.
